A lifelong dream come true!

Good Morning to you!

Oh boy, this past month has gotten right out of control for me, what with Christmas, and then learning something awesome. I'm just going to place the letter here to share with all of you!

Hello January,

Thank you for sending all of this information over, this helped immensely with our decision.

We would love to move forward with you and publishing your series. I read your manuscript and found it very engaging, I couldn't wait to see what happened next.

I will send another email shortly to connect you with our Rough Edges Press editor. We think that your series would fit best in our Rough Edges Press imprint which is primarily thrillers/mysteries.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best,

Wolfpack Publishing/Rough Edges Press

*What does this mean? It means that finally years of writing thrillers and mysteries and hoping to have them published is going to happen! A 7 book deal with Rough Edges Press for 4 of my back stories and one new series of 3 books I am currently working on.

I can't wait to unveil Anna Hale, P.I., the star of my new series. She's tough and knows her stuff.

How much can one person take before crossing the line?

Women are going missing in the small town of Anchor, Alaska.

And only one person stands between them and death. Anna Hale, P.I., Lone Wolf Investigations

Anna Hale has lived with the pain of her mother’s fiery death at the hands of her stepfather since she was a teenager, struggling to rebuild her life in the aftermath, scarred both physically and mentally. When her adopted sister, Tia Pace, is abducted twenty years later and presumed dead while Anna’s away witnessing the execution of her stepfather, she’s devastated. Especially when she’s their number one suspect. Anna retreats from the world, leaving her private sector investigator business for someone else to run.

But then her adopted brother, Josh Pace, now a cop with Anchor Police Department in Alaska, reaches out to her. Pleads for her help. Their other sister, Zoe Pace, has gone missing in the same way as her twin did six months earlier, with the unsub once more leaving a black rose and signed letter at the crime scene.

With the clock ticking, she comes to the realization that any hope of her ever having a normal life maybe over, but she will do whatever it takes to find her missing sisters. But what no one could know, is what terrible corruption exists on the northern frontier that stands squarely in the path of justice, with a copycat killer on the loose.

So, off to work on book 2, Death Trap where Anna finds herself in the sights of a larger conspiracy as she tries to find out who killed Laura Jackson, a beautiful young actress just starting out in Hollywood.

Wishing you a wonderful month,

January Bain
